Rihanna, Kendrick Lamar and Wale Make Cameo Appearances in J. Cole's Documentary

 Kendrick Lamar, Rihanna and Wale make cameos in the third installment of J. Cole’s Road to Homecoming documentary series.

The North Carolina rapper’s Dollar and a Dream tour is the focus of episode three titled, “This is What You Wanted.” In the episode, fans see the stress that comes along with planning Cole's third-annual jaunt, during a break from his Forest Hill Drive tour.  

Wale and Lamar hit the stage with Cole towards the end, offering some of the many meaningful moments in the episode. Rihanna appears in the episode's last scene. “Amazing,” she tells him after the concert. “Honest, vulnerable, confident, all of that. It was so good, I love seeing you like that.”

Cole's four-episode video series is the warm-up to his concert documentary Forest Hills Drive: Homecoming, premiering on HBO Jan. 9.
