Nigerian Born Los Angeles Cop,Onyebuchi Awaji Sues Rapper The Game $100,000 For.......

Last month it was reported, Jayceon Terrell Taylor better known by his stage name The Game, punched an Off-Duty Cop During a Basketball game and today that cop is not only looking for an apology.
Game has been ordered to pay $100,000 to the police officer he punched nine months ago. The Los Angeles cop, Onyebuhi Awaji, won a lawsuit against the 36-year-old rapper after he failed to respond to the filing.
Awaji and Game got into a scuffle during a charity basketball game. Game has since pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from the altercation.
He is due back in court next month.
It was initially reported The Game’s entourage said he acted in self defense after Awaji allegedly, threatened him verbally with a gun. Onyebuchi on his part says he did nothing to instigate the brawl.
Now Awaji says the sucker punch may have caused brain damage. To make matters worse for The Game he fled the scene as soon as he heard cops were called, TMZ reports.
The rapper’s representatives deny any wrongdoing on his part and reiterated the claim that Awaji threatened to retrieve a gun from his gym bag, which Game took as a threat on his life.
According to online records, Awaji who is of Nigerian descent is related to Obinna Awaji, Chukwuma Awaji, Chibogwa Awaji and Clement Awaji. They all live in California.
