Chrissy Teigen and John Legend Gush About the Gender of Their Baby

news of her baby's gender during the reveal of her Vogue Thailand cover on Instagram.

"So proud and honored to have shot the cover of Vogue Thailand! Special to me for so many reasons… one being I am SO PROUD to be Thai,” she wrote. "So excited to have shot at Vogue cover (a dream, of course) annnnd a couple minutes after this shot, John and I learned we were having our little baby girl!"

Her proud husband, 36, reposted the cover shot with his own celebratory message: "Chrissy's Vogue Thailandcover. From the day we found out we were pregnant with our baby girl."

              
Chrissy announced her pregnancy back in October, taking to Instagram to write: "John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant :) As many of you know, we've been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn't been easy, but we kept trying because we can't wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family."

While there are some understandable nerves, Chrissy is excited to experience motherhood. "Chrissy can't wait to be a mum," a source told E! News. "She is a little nervous but she knows that they will be great parents. It's a huge blessing for them both. John will definitely be making a few baby songs."
