In the same vein, the United States says it has substantial evidence to support a theory that the Islamic State jihadist group is working on developing biological and chemical weapons alongside some Syrian and Iraqi scientists in the middle East, Daily Mail says.
The US statement lends credence to Valls’ concern about the threat of chemical weapons being used by terror groups.
“We must not rule anything out. I say it with all the precautions needed. But we know and bear in mind that there is also a risk of chemical or bacteriological weapons.
